RULES
Whenever you go in, you must to be with Japanese interpreter or you have to understand Japanese clearly.
Your mobile phone is available not only domestic area but also foreign area.

Goshintai,Object of worship, the symbol of the kami of Omiwa-Jinja shrine is the Mt. Miwa-Yama.
If you can not meet the rule, you can not climb up this sacred Mt.
You can climb the mountain only under certain conditions
Knowing things to know before going and climb the sacred Mt.in Omiwa-Jinja shrine.
Trail head is Sai-Jinja shrine, in Omiwa-Jinja shrine.
1. We climb to the sacred Mt, the Goshintai,the symbol of the Kami.
So you have to be pious feelings.Not just a picnic or hiking.
2. Climb up from the Sai-shrine only.
Make sure the reception. You cannot climb in the organization.
3. There is a day that you cannot climb. Please check in advance.
4. Before you climbing, Donate money at the reception, at the Sai-shrine.
5. Adherence the reception time and time of going down the mountain.
Be sure to assume the time to get down.
6. The required time is at least 2 hours. If a woman for the first time needs 3 hours.
If you are a exercising person on a daily,it is 1 hour or less to the summit.
I had a break in the middle. So 3 hours recommended for the first time.
7. These are prohibited acts.
●Do not pick up only one flowers or one grass or one stone. And prohibited taking out.
●Prohibits eating or drinking, except in the case of hydration.
●No photos, No video.Prohibition of taking pictures, movies, etc.
●No fires.
●Do not throw trash away.
Because you enter into the temple, sacred place, you should understand what you should not do. of course.
8. Clothing and belongings by yourself
●Recommend for a climbing mountain shoes.At least sneakers.
●For when stabbed by insects or when falling in muddy condition, even in summer,long sleeves and long pants recommended.
●Walking stick. It is at the entrance to the mountain.
●Water for hydration.
●Wipe sweat towel.
●Mobile phone for emergency contact.At the reception,your mobile phone number is required.
●Don’t forget your donation. There are shrines on the summit, so to pay.
●There is a locker in Sai shrine.Please use it in order to reduce luggage as much as possible.There is no place to change clothes.
●Use the toilet before climbing if necessary.There is a toilet in front of Sai-Jinja shrine.
If you follow the rules, It is a very valuable experience.
And it is pleasant to say Hello or a few words to the people you meet.
Because we, all of us, are trainees under Kami,God.
It is one of most sacred places to be protected even in Japan.
